Cancelations are allowed 24 hours in advance. There is a 10 usd cancelation and processing fee.
Cancelations on same day 100% penalty and classed as a no show.
In case of change of flight or delay customer has the resposablity to send new flight information as soon as posible. Failure to inform the Travicons will result in cancelation of the reserrvation with 100% penalty.All cancellations must be submitted by email to contact@travicons.com. Cancelations via WhatsApp and Facebook will not be valid unless are in writing via email provided above.
Refunds will be issued after cancelation requests and it may take uo to 14 bussines days to reflect on account. Refunds will be proccesed to the same payment method and will be subject to platforms comissions (PayPal & Stripe).
There is a 10usd cancelation and service fee for all transfers.
